These terms are between you and Mohit Pal, who makes Bet You Can't. By playing, you agree to them. They're short.

Playing

The game is free to download and play. Online play (quick match, rooms with friends, progression and the leaderboard) needs the internet and the game's server. I do my best to keep it running, but it may be down at times, and features may change.

Your nickname

Everyone sees it, so keep it friendly: nothing rude or hateful, and don't pretend to be someone else. The game blocks the worst words; an account with a nickname that isn't okay may be renamed or removed.

Fair play

Don't cheat, use modified versions of the game or bots, or attack the server or other players. Accounts that do may be removed.

Looks you buy

Starred garage looks are paid extras sold through Google Play. They change how your car looks, never how it plays. Payments, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms; a refunded purchase takes its look back. Looks belong to your Google Play account, have no cash value and can't be sold or swapped. If the game ever shuts down for good, they can't be used any more.

Your data

How the game handles your data is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time: SETTINGS → DELETE MY DATA.

No guarantees

The game is provided as it is, without a promise that it's free of bugs or always available. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes

These terms may change; the new version will be on this page with a new date. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
